Programme Summary
- The new role of “marketing mentor ” will be established within your firm. People playing this role will be trained in the proven skills and processes used by professional sales team managers and coaches in B2B sales teams.
- Everybody who should improve their personal marketing skills will take part in a series of five short workshops over a period of eight weeks. These workshops will equip participants with the knowledge and skills they need to become confident and effective in their personal marketing.
- All aspects of this programme are consistent with the 2007 Solicitors Code of Conduct. CPD accreditation from the Solicitors Regulation Authority is expected.
